MEMBERSHIP

We release each new wine allocation with every season.
 
Spring | Summer | Autumn | Winter
 
 
As a Will-Call Member, we request that you collect your wine allocation within 90 days of release.  Any wine allocation that has not been claimed and is older than three past seasonal releases will be forfeit, and other current wines will replace past forfeit bottles upon your next visit.
 
As a Direct Ship Member,  please submit a convenient address where an adult (21 and older) will be present to sign for UPS deliveries. An adult signature is required by law. If shipments are returned, we will resend with a new confirmed shipping date. Members are responsible for the shipping fees on all packages. Please submit an accurate shipping address before wine allocations leave the facility to avoid additional fees.
 
USE UPS MY CHOICE FOR ANY CHANGES TO YOUR SHIPMENT.
 
COMMUNICATIONS
We communicate with our members mainly through email. Members must supply a valid email in order to receive all of our notices and invitations to membership events! If you fail to receive emails, check your spam folder or contact us immediately. Upon receiving your New Membership email, be sure to activate and familiarize yourself with your online account on our website. Your account will allow you to place additional orders, view exclusives wines on the web shop, and update your billing and shipping information.
 
Weather Alert: Wine is a fragile product and can be harmed when shipped during inappropriate temperatures. We will hold your wine when the weather is a concern, free of charge. Please read our “shipping policies” on our website for more details.
 
DISCLAIMER:
Your club benefits begin with your purchase of the most current wine allocation. We kindly ask for a one year commitment when you join our membership (equivalent to 4 shipments). Your membership is ongoing until you request a cancelation. 
 
Fail to Update / Connect:
Failure to update your Credit Card within 30 days of wine allocation release will result in a forfeit of that season’s wine. After two seasons of declined charges, your membership will be closed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through the Syncline Winery website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age.

Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address be provided for wine shipments.

Shipping

We have license to ship to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Orders shipped via standard ground method should arrive within 7 to 15 days from the date of your order. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

We take great caution in shipping our wines, as they are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Because of this, shipment schedules may be altered at the last minute, due to temperature changes across the US.

Ideal Shipping temperatures are between 45 – 75 degrees.

You will be emailed tracking information once we create your UPS label. Please check directly with UPS for the most accurate delivery estimate, so that you can ensure someone is present to sign for your wine.

UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If you know you will not be able to sign at the time of the delivery, please contact the carrier directly. If they claim they are unable to help, contact lauren@synclinewine.com.

If you wine is not successfully delivered and is returned back to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that if your wine is returned to us, you will be charged the shipping cost required to resend the package.

 

Winter and Summer Shipping

When states across the country are experiencing temperatures higher than 75 degrees, or are near or below freezing, we hold shipments to avoid compromising the quality of the wine.

We evaluate safe shipping methods depending on local departing temperatures, time and temperature in transit and arrival temperatures.

Please feel free to make orders over the winter and summer months, and we will store your order, free of cost, until appropriate temperatures arrive.
